Kunshan Kinglai Hygienic Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as KINGLAI Group), founded in 2000, is a manufacturing-oriented enterprise mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of Hygienic materials with high-purity stainless steel as base metal. Our main products are key components for Hygienic fluid pipeline system and ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) system, including vacuum chamber, sanitary pump, valve, flange, Tubes & fittings, etc. They are mainly applied in such fields which need processing pollution control as biopharmaceuticals, electronic cleaning and food. Through more than ten years of unremitting efforts, KINGLAI Group was successfully listed on SHENZHEN STOCK EXCHANGE in September 2011 and has become a professional supplier for the world-class vacuum equipment manufacturers.. KINGLAI Group was specialized in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of Hygienic materials for processing pollution control in the food industry before 2002. As the Hygienic materials (meeting ASME BPE standard) for processing pollution control in the biopharmaceutical industry were successfully developed and launched on the market in 2004, KINGLAI Group became the first enterprise with double certifications (Tubes & fittings) by ASME BPE in Asia in 2013. The Hygienic materials for processing pollution control in the electronic cleaning industry were unveiled in 2006. In possession of numerous core technologies involving new material, precision machining, surface treatment, cleaning room, ultrahigh vacuum, etc., KINGLAI Group is one of the few manufacturers with a complete technology system among the peers in China and takes the lead in the same industry internationally. The technical indicators including base metal purity, machining precision, welding technique, surface roughness and final vacuum of the products reach the advanced level at home and abroad. The products meet a series of international standards and norms including SEMI, ASME BPE, 3-A, etc., conform to the industrial standards of ASME and SEMI, and have won recognition from internationally-renowned clients such as Intel and so on. As a member and a director unit of ISPE, SEMI, CCCS and Jiangsu Vacuum Society, KINGLAI Group has successively passed PED certification implemented by TÜV (German), 3-A sanitary standard certification by 3A Corporation (the US) and ISO9001:2008 certification by BSI (the UK). Kinglai Group, provide the quality vacuum products from flanges, fittings, valves, chambers and other system components.AdvanTorr products are manufactured by King Lai Hygienic Materials co Ltd. The products cover “Researching Institutions”, “Semiconductor”, “Display”, “LED lighting”, “Thin film solar cell” and “Vacuum Coating” industries.Vacuum is mostly applied to Thin film technologies: Evaporating, Sputtering, PECVD, MOCVD, ALD...etc. There are also cover to surface analysis technologies and ion implanting system. The products are selected to the finest grade of stainless steel. Manufacturing operation certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. All materials are traceable and provide materials certificate to insure the best service to customers. All this products’ lines are using SUS304L stainless steel. The low carbon content make all our flanges and fittings have lower out gassing rate to SUS304 material flanges and fittings. All bored flanges, weld flanges and related to fabrication components, are fitted for 3A standard tube size.
