Starwheel complete with H2O2 injection nozzles.  The container starwheel is converted into an active device: the bottles are covered uniformly inside with a mist of atomized hydrogen peroxide.  Sterile high pressure air mixes with the sterilizer liquid at the applicator nozzle creating a highly diffuse aerosol in the vicinity of the containers as they enter the first hygienic chamber. Starwheel for the activation of H2O2 with steam containers are exposed briefly to a jet of high pressure steam, which instantly raises the temperature of the H2O2 film  covering the surfaces.  As the hydrogen peroxide vaporizes only several seconds of exposure are required to ensure an efficient microbial reduction. Sterilization and rinsing turret complete with sterile water injectors.
