Mesh dryer is a kind of batch and continuous production equipment which is heated by electric heating, steam heating and hot air heating, and uses steel mesh as a conveyor belt to carry materials for continuous drying. The main principle of the mesh belt dryer is to spread the material evenly on the mesh belt, and move back and forth in the dryer by the driving device. The hot air flows through the material, and the steam is discharged from the drain hole, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The mesh belt adopts 12-60 mesh steel mesh belt, and the box length is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the drying mechanism can be multi-layer, including two rooms with three layers, two rooms with five layers, 6-40m in length and 0.6-3.0m in effective width. It is mainly composed of mesh belt, transmission device, air inlet pipe, air outlet pipe and fan (hot air source is set separately). The material enters the machine head and is dried slowly through drying. The linear speed of the mesh belt depends on the type and moisture content of the material. The air flow direction adopts negative pressure and porous air intake to ensure the effective drying area and uniform distribution of air flow velocity, so as to improve the drying effect. In order to get the best drying effect and appropriate output, the moisture content of material, the linear speed of mesh belt, the air distribution volume and the air temperature must be properly, reasonably and organically combined.
