1. Elderberry's extract of Elderberry is exclusively collected from the fruit of natural European Elderberry. There are two extraction processes: membrane filtration and ethanol extraction. The extract content is 10% (membrane filtration) and 20% (ethanol extraction). Membrane filtration can allow substances with specified molecular weight to pass through semi-permeable membranes and retain more sugars (anthocyanins are the main way of anthocyanins in vivo), minerals and vitamins.
