Aseptic cold filling system, consisting of UHT tube sterilizer and aseptic bag filling machine.
- The aseptic bag filling machine is produced in linkage with the UHT tube sterilizer, and the material is directly fed into the aseptic sealed filling chamber after sterilization, and the whole process is not in contact with external air, making the production environment aseptic. Filling specifications can be set at 2-1000 liters, designed for large capacity filling.
- UHT tube sterilizer with a typical sterilization temperature of 90-140 degrees, the instantaneous sterilization process can better preserve the color and flavor of the material. Products packaged by aseptic filling machines after sterilization do not require low temperature storage and have a shelf life of 6-18 months.
- The aseptic bag filling machine, whose metering method adopts flow meter or weighing type, can have filling error ≤ 0.5%. The number of filling heads and capacity can be customized to match the capacity of the front-end sterilizer.
- After the production is finished, the machine can run SIP/CIP program (automatic sterilization/cleaning) at the same time.
