Price of Chinese ginger exported to Europe remains stable

In the European market, the season of Chinese ginger has entered a stable stage with sufficient volumes and a steady market price. According to insiders, with summer approaching, normally the price of ginger drops slightly, but so far prices are still quite high in the market. In recent years, the sales volume of ginger has been growing. Apart from Chinese ginger, Thai ginger is also available, which is smaller in sizes but has a more beautiful skin. The price difference between these two is not obvious, and sales have been going well for packages of five kilos.
