It’s located in Qingji Industrial Park, Gongan County, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, the predecessor of Gongan Lijing Biochemical Co.,Ltd.(which founded in 1997) Hubei Huge Collagen II Biotechnology Co.,Ltd. covers an area of 80000sq.m.(about 8 hectares), the total planning construction area is 96000sq.m., including: 20000sq.m. of raw materials warehouse(including cold storage), 35000sq.m. of raw material workshop, 11000sq.m. of the FSMP(health food) workshop, 11000sq.m. of finished products warehouse, 7500sq.m. of living building, 3000sq.m. of R&D building, 1500sq.m. of quality inspection lab building, 2000sq.m. of exhibition center and other public works construction area of 5000sq.m.. Hubei Huge has a total investment of 600 million yuan, and the total investment will be completed in two stages. Its main functions include: 1.Extract and Produce of Collagen Series Raw Materials(The annual output is 3000 tons of Collagen Type II, 6000 tons of Fish Collagen Peptide, 8000 tons of Bovine Collagen Peptide, 1000 tons of Chondroitin Sulfate, 10 tons of Bird's Nest Peptide, 10 tons of Sea Cucumber Peptide and 2000 tons of Soybean Peptide). 2.Production and processing of finished preparations based on collagen, including solid preparation: Tablets(1 billion tablets/year), Hard Capsules(1 billion hard capsules/year), Granules(500 million sachets/year, 50 million cans/year), Powder(500 million sachets/year, 50 million cans/year), Nutritional Thick Paste(100 million sachets/year, 100 million bottles/year), Oral Liquid(strip package preparation)(500 million sachets/year). 3.Undertake OEM, ODM product development and production of health food, functional food in the domestic and overseas.
