Working principle

The cold air enters the radiator through the air filter, and the heated hot air flows into the dry air tube. At the same time, the dry wet material is imported from the wet starch into the hopper of the feeding unit, and then transported into the hoist by feeding winch,The hoist rotates the wet material into the dry air scoop at high speed so that the wet material is suspended in a high-speed steam stream and heat is exchanged,After the materials are dried, they enter the cyclone separator along with the air flow, and the separated dry materials are discharged by the winch, and the finished products are sifted, packed and put into storage. The separated tail gas is pumped into the exhaust duct by the exhaust fan and sent into the atmosphere.
