Working Process

The vibratory sifter is connected through spring joints between the tank and silo. When the vibratory is connected with product pick-up station, its inlet is connected with the charging hopper and its outlet is connected with the conveying system. 

When the pressure generator is switched on, the materials are pneumatically conveyed and pass through the built-in screen. The unbalanced vibration can prevent the blockage of the holes of screen mesh. After the conveying process is finished, the equipment will keep working one more minute to clean the screen mesh. Then, open the quick-release clamps,inspect the sifter and remove the particles that stuck in the screen mesh. After this step, the screener is ready for the next working process.

Typical Applications:

Using between tank and storage silo, to avoid contamination (like residual bits of packaging) or lump entering the silo;

Material receiving station: such as charging station and transfer station to prevent contamination from entering the next process.
