Food grade high temperature chain oil

                                   
Food-grade chain oil is a high-temperature lubricant specially designed for high-temperature chain. It has been certified by NSF H1 and its certification number is 154343.

Product characteristics:

1. Excellent high temperature oxidation and thermal stability, little smoke, no harmful gases, reduce the risk of furnace ignition;

2. It has excellent lubricity and very low volatility, less oil consumption, and can significantly reduce energy consumption.

3. Excellent wear resistance, rust resistance and antioxidant and corrosion resistance, which provide better protection for equipment, can greatly prolong the life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs;

4. Carbon deposition and coking tendency are very low at high temperature, and liquid film lubrication is maintained to maintain a clean operating environment for chains and slides.

Product applications:

It can be used for oven chain, stretcher chain, chain heat treatment, paint curing furnace chain and any other bearing/sliding/gear box chain which needs to keep lubricating surface clean at high temperature. The maximum temperature range of the product is up to 250 C.
