DJ-150 vacuum packaging machine

                                   
1、Traditional manual packaging is replaced by this machine. It realized the automatic products packaging, increased productivity, lower the products cost by a large margin. The whole equipment can be operated by 1-2 person which lowered the human cost by a large margin.  

2、Rotary automatic vacuum packaging machine includes 2 rotary machine bodies. They are filling system and vacuum system. The filling system is intermittent rotated and vacuum system is continuous rotated.

3、There are 10 vacuum chambers. The vacuum time is long. And 2 vacuum pump of different pressures make the vacuum form low level to high level in different periods which ensure the vacuum degree of the products.The 2 vacuum pump effectively ensure the service life of the equipment.

4、The vacuum chambers are continuous running. It is drived by turbo-worm speed reducer with steadily running and no interstitial impact which effectively ensure the service life of the equipment.  

5、Vacuum distribution plate is machined by CNC and grinding by manual after fine grinding, which ensure the airtightness of the vacuum distribution device and the service life.

6、The main shift is CNC machined casting stainless steel which has high intensity and service life.

7、It is machined by CNC and laser cutting machine with high accuracy and low error. These production process effectively ensure the accuracy and stability of the equipment.

8、Devices made by CNC machining, blanking, drilling are of high accuracy. There is no location shift in produce process. They are produced with high qualification rate and low failure. It efficiently decreased the cost for labor,raw material,energy consumption and maintenance.

9、Driving parts are of precise design. There will be no location shift because of screw looseness.

10、It is of high configuration, most of the electric devices are imported parts.

11、The driving cams are fine machined after CNC machining. It has low noise and not easy to wear, which efficiently ensure the production environment and service life of the equipment.
