- DQL-5545 is a full automatic sealer developed independently by our company, applicable to large batch stream line production. It boasts high working efficiency with ability to complete the tasks of feeding, transporting, packing and sealing automatically in one operation. Vertical seal adopts portal frame and linear guides on both sides of the machine, which balances the force between sealing and cutting and prevents deformation of the frame. Sealing cutter is painted with high quality alloy steal spray paint, keeping the sealing and cutting from sticking to the film.
- The seal is tight and there is no smoke produced during sealing and cutting, thus no pollution.
- The whole machine adopts PLC programmable controller and is equipped with horizontal and vertical network group photoelectric detection, which allows high speed and automatic operation.
- Adjustment of the product specification is very easy with simple operating procedures. It can be completed manually.
