KPM Analytics acquires Italian firm EyePro System

US-based instrumentation solutions provider KPM Analytics has acquired EyePro System, an Italian company that offers vision inspection technology and vision-based process control solutions for the baking and snack industries.

Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

KPM Analytics CEO Brian Mitchell said: “We are very excited to have EyePro join KPM Analytics as we build a business seeking to better serve our customers in the food industries.
