The 24th FHC Shows Tractive Efforts - New Opportunity Empowers the Food & Beverage Industries

-- In post-COVID-19, Chinas catering industry is facing new opportunities and challenges. As the leading platform for Chinas food and beverage market, the 24th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, was held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from November 10 to 12, 2020.

  • Global Gourmet provided by 10 International Pavilions

Overseas companies with great desire to revive business showcased their products on the spot, get information and network efficiently. This year we saw 10 international pavilions participated the physical show via local partners. These include pavilions from Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Russia, Canada, South Africa, Japan and America.

France pavilion is one of the most eye-catching pavilions to visitors on the spot. NHL-Cooperals booth gathered a lot of people to taste their various authentic French sausages showcased during the show.

"Now after FHC I have huge work about 130 NEW clients," the senior manager of MAKFA said. the Russian company which produces flour and cereal products.

  • Comprehensive and Inspiring Forums

The three-day exhibition featured more than 50 exciting events and forums, the latest and future trends in food and beverage industries. With the idea of building a commercial platform for the catering industry, FHC continued to improve its comprehensive strength and launched four product theme forums, including meat and seafood, dairy products, olive oil and leisure food.

Professionals and institutional experts shared their opinions about market trends and analyzed the current requirements for quality control. Aiming at integrating the concept of high-quality life into the demand for health, the forums can connect various fields and focus on how to face the "retaliatory consumption" in the food field and respond to the call for the market scientifically and effectively through various channels.

In addition, special experience exhibition areas were held at FHC, including Shanghai Fine Innovative Cuisine Theme Exhibition Area, Takeaway Carnival, COFCO | Baking Impression · Season 5 Concept Store, Renaissance of the Chinese Meals | Themed Activity of Making Yummy Dumpling Wrappers · Stuffing. It also involved coffee, time-honored brands, take-out, food materials, restaurant chain, restaurant design and other fields. Guided by the consumer market, the event provided opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

  • Attractive International Events

To provide a more immersive event experience, FHC has gathered hundreds of outstanding chefs participating in the seven international cooking and baking competitions like FHC International Culinary Arts Competition and the FHC International Pastry and Bakery Competition.

The exciting four international coffee competitions: China Latte Art Championship, China Cup Tasters Championship, China Brewers Cup and China Coffee Roasting Championship really made the whole FHC be fiery.

Some exhibitors in coffee or catering equipment industries sponsored these hot competitions to increase their brand exposure and resulted in amounts of inquiries.

FHC International Coffee and Food Festival is the influential one held several times. Its history can be traced back to March 2017. More than 50 boutique cafés participated in the festival. The peripheral coffee products are attention-sucking for coffee lovers or coffee traders. Professional buyers can find the most potential coffee products to prosper their coffee business.

Chinese market is stabilizing. The 25th edition of FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show (Nov. 9 - 11, 2021) is on its way to building up strength for the future of food & beverage industries.
