Chen Baojun, director of thoracic surgery, said that in recent years, osteoporosis tends to be younger. Irregular life, like to be at home and hate to sport, long-term excessive drinking of coffee, carbonated drinks, alcoholism, smoking and other bad habits will accelerate the aging of bone.
Experts warn that in order to prevent osteoporosis, regular exercise should be carried out properly to increase bone mineral density, while sunning more to promote calcium absorption. In the diet, you can eat foods with high calcium and phosphorus, such as fish, shrimp, shrimp skin, kelp, milk, eggs, beans and so on. Women over 45 years of age are advised to measure bone mineral density every year.
